We want you to love your AX Paris purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, have their original tags attached, and are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Repack Your Items

  Place your unwanted items back into their original packaging with all AX Paris tags still attached to ensure a smooth return process.

• 2.
  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns note included in your original parcel, indicating the reason for return and the items being sent back.

• 3.
  Generate Your Label

  Visit our online returns portal to generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
